Proposal Submission

The deadline for beam applications 2009 was 13 January 2009. However, post-deadline applications are accepted throughout the year.

Beam applications can be submitted on your user group web page:

To register a new user group, please click here.
After successfully registering your user group you will receive an access code which will allow you to access and modify your user group beamtime proposal during the year. This access code will be sent by email to the group leader and will be displayed on the screen.

If your user group has already been registered, please do not register again. Your grou pleader should have received an access code to login to the beamtime proposals database. With this access code please login to your user group page. If you have forgotten your access code, please contact your group leader or beam@embl-hamburg.de or webmaster@embl-hamburg.de.

Please make sure your beam proposal is complete and contains sufficient information for its evaluation!
