The following forms must be completed prior to sample measuremnt:

Beam shutter permission form

This must be signed after your local contact has demonstrated the safety procedures for data collection at X33, it must be counter signed by you local contact.

Substance declaration form

This form must be completed and displayed on the hutch during measurments. Any hazardous materials must be declared. It must be signed by the users and counter signed by the local contact.

Emergency telephone numbers
