Protein Expression, Purification Characterization and Crystallization (PEPC8)

The course, intended for students in the early stages of their research career, will cover over-expression of proteins in prokaryotic and eukaryotic systems, protein purification and characterisation, crystallization techniques and determination of crystal quality.

The applications will be considered by a Selection Committee and the result of the selection procedure will be sent to applicants by Email within three weeks of the closing date. Please note that it is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that a letter of reference is provided by their supervisor before the application deadline.

Accepted applicants will be expected to prepare and present a poster on aspects of their work at the beginning of the course.
