Registration

We only accept online registrations.

Registrations cannot be transferred, so pay attention to the different registration links, and make sure to select the correct registration or your registration will be cancelled and you will have to re-register or lose your place at the conference.

Registration Fees (includes admission, conference materials, meals and coffee breaks):

PhD Student	375 Euro
Industry	650 EUR

Participants are expected to book and pay their own accommodation and travel expenses.

Confirmation and Payment

Registration will be on a first-come first-served basis. Your place can only be confirmed after payment of the registration fee.
We accept international bank transfers up to 8 weeks before the conference starts, after which we only accept credit card payments and ELV transfers (German bank transfers) made via our online payment system.

NO visa letters will be issued until payment of the registration fee is confirmed.
